About The Job

As a Management Associate, you'll collaborate closely with our management team to oversee Cohort operations, from organizing sessions with top-tier Mentors to process optimization.

Responsibilities

Efficient Operations: Manage end-to-end learning programs for 100+ participants.
Record Keeping & Moderation: Maintain participant records & moderate Industry Level speaker sessions.
Program Enhancement Ideation: Generate ideas for program quality improvement and coordinate with Core Heads of Metvy.
Prompt Participant Support: Address participant queries promptly.
