Seeking an HR Operations Intern to support administrative tasks, data management, and employee onboarding processes. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and interested in gaining HR experience.
Responsibilities
Induction Plan:
Design and execute end-to-end induction plans for new hires.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Conduct orientation sessions
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation and system setup.
Facilitate smooth offboarding for departing employees, ensuring all formalities are completed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Background Verification Process:
Conduct background checks for new hires by company policies.
Liaise with verification agencies and follow up on pending verifications.
Leave Management:
Oversee leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Track and update leave records, and resolve any discrepancies.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers
Labour Tax Compliance:
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly returns related to labor tax.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in advanced Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
