As a part of the customer success team, you’ll be interacting largely with clients. You‘ll be the first and the last point of contact from when a customer interacts with our business. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful customer experience from addressing their queries, scheduling their appointment to receiving their feedback. You will also be designing communication and workshops to nurture leads to help them understandour offering. If you are a people’s person and great at communication, this role is for you!!
