Sheetal Wadhwa is a CX Specialist at Bain & Company with 3 years of experience in delivering customer-focused strategies across global industries. A graduate of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi, she also brings prior experience with internships at NITI Aayog and Invest India in public policy and development consulting, as well as 100X.VC in the venture capital space.
